We began in 1967, engineering and
building folding camping trailers in a
specialized manufacturing facility in scenic
Somerset, Pennsylvania. By 1979,
our products became North America's
best selling folding camping trailers –
a position that’s never been relinquished.
In 1989, we were acquired by
Fleetwood Enterprises Inc, a leader in the RV industry, to add the best selling
folding camping trailers to its existing family of leading travel trailer and motor
home brands.
Combining Fleetwood's resources and our folding camping trailer innovations,
Fleetwood's share of the fast
growing market grew to new heights. In
2003, we consolidated our product brand
to, simply, Fleetwood.
